Hey Everyone<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welcome to my blog and the newest sketch challenge at Freshly Made Sketches<\/a>. This week our sketch was designed by the wonderfully talented Kim Singdahlsen<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n

I pulled out my all-time favourite stamp set – Friends are Like Seashells Stamp Set. After stamping all the shells, I coloured them with a combination of Crumb Cake and Soft Suede Blends. After they were coloured, I cut them out ready for layering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The background cardstock was given colour with a Blending Brush and Pool Party Ink. I then took the ink splatters stamp and Pool Party Ink and stamped over the blended area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I cut 3 strips of cardstock – Sahara Sand, Pacific Point and Pool Party. All 3 were torn on one side and adhered on the blended cardstock. I then took some Linen Thread and looped it around the card. The shells and sentiment were then placed with some shells raised up with Dimensionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
