Welcome to our 700th sketch challenge at Freshly Made Sketches!!!!!!! How exciting is that? I played along with the very first challenge at Freshly Made Sketches and I was lucky enough to be chosen to be on the design team from the 76th challenge. Unfortunately my blog when awol for that time, so I can’t find my original post to link to…. But here is a photo of that card I made for my first DT assignment – which btw, I am not loving in 2025… Do you all look back and cards from years ago and say “yeah, nah – I’m not a fan of it anymore?”

The Design Team have decided to re-create cards for this weeks challenge from the very first sketech challenge at FMS. Take a look at the sketch and the card I created for it below.

The Charming Day Stamp Set and Dies got a work out for this card with the background Elements of Text and Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder.

The design team have created wonderful cards for this weeks challenge. We hope you can join us in our 700th sketch challenge!
Thanks for stopping by.
Cheers
Narelle
Gorgeous! Your flowers are always absolutely amazing and I love the simple touch of the corrugated squares behind them!
This is absolutely gorgeous! I just love the rich colours and the texture and those flowers are so pretty!
Narelle! I do love that your style has only gotten better and better over the years. [I cringe quite often when I look at my first creations! ha!] I have always really loved your DT cards… pssst: I STILL DO!
All that texture from the corrugation is fantastic with your beautiful roses!

You do the best flowers ever! And I look at it this way – your past card was sweet and adorable and your today card is all grown up and elegant!
Your card was one I totally remember from “back in the day” and aspired to mimic. Those little bows were such a thing! But now you have such a distinctive and utterly amazing style that is so you. I love that we have all gotten to move through this journey together!
Yeah nah is such a down under thing to say 🙂 And I look at some of my cards and go “what the hell was I thinking!”. Your cards, on the other hand, are fabulous as always!
OMG!!! These roses are absolutely gorgeous! Lovely colors and amazing dimension!. Your card-making journey along with FMS is just fabulous and I feel so proud to be part of this wonderful team by your side.
