Just Add Ink #777

Hey Everyone

Welcome to the first challenge at Just Add Ink for 2026. Our challenge for you is to:

Our first challenge as always is a blog hop, so make sure you grab a cuppa and visit the design teams blogs and check out what we have designed for this challenge.

I chose a summery beachy theme for my birthday card. As soon as I saw the Shell Collecting Stamp Set from the Stampin’ Up! January-April 2026 Mini Catalogue I knew I had to get it as I love a shell stamp set. I kept a very neutral colour scheme and added some Irregular Weave Trim to the layers. I also added a piece of Country Woods DSP as it worked with the neutral theme I was going for. The coral die cuts I’ve added were created with the retired Ocean Friends Dies as the shells felt a bit bare without the coral.

The next blog to visit on our hop is the super talented Nikki Spencer. Click here or on the button below to take you to her blog:

If you get lost along the way or wish to start the hop again, you can click here to take you back to the Just Add Ink Challenge.

Thanks for stopping by.

Cheers

Just Add Ink #762

Hey Everyone

We have a new challenge for you over at Just Add Ink. This week is an inspiration picture challenge. Take a look at the challenge we have for you to play along with:

I initially thought I’d go with coffee images, but changed it up and decided to take the colours from the inspiration pic and add them to my card.

I kept my tones very earthy. I’ve used a mixture of DSP from the Country Lace and Country Woods DSP packs. I then added some background script stamping, from the Elements of Text Stamp Set and added some shading with Crumb Cake Ink to this.

The flowers I’ve used are from the Gallery Blooms Stamp Set. I love the size of this image as it fills up a card so easily. I added some retired Natural Wavy Trim and pulled it apart to create a messiness to it.

The team at Just Add Ink have all created awesome projects. Make sure you head over to Just Add Ink to check them out.

Thanks for stopping by.

Cheers
